Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before you buy — and after.

About the Art

Is my artwork truly one of a kind?

Yes. Every piece is generated fresh from your specific prompt and style selection. No two prompts produce the same image, and we never resell or reprint your artwork for anyone else. Once it's yours, it's exclusively yours.

Do I own the artwork I create?

Yes. When you purchase a print, you own the physical piece and have full rights to display it in your home, give it as a gift, or use it personally. Our Terms & Conditions cover this in detail.

Can I use my print in a business or commercial setting?

Yes — displaying a print in a business premises (office, restaurant, studio, retail space) is considered personal/decorative use and is fully permitted. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the digital image file commercially. If you need prints for merchandise, advertising, or mass reproduction, please contact us to discuss a commercial license.

What AI model generates the artwork?

We use OpenAI's image generation models, which are among the most capable available for producing high-quality, print-ready artwork. We continuously update to the best available models so your results stay sharp and detailed.

What resolution are the prints? Will they look sharp at large sizes?

All artwork is generated at high resolution and processed through an AI upscaling pipeline before printing, so every file meets or exceeds 300 DPI at the selected print size — the standard for sharp, professional print quality. A 24×36″ print is output at approximately 7200×10800 pixels before it reaches the press. Our Printful printing partners use commercial-grade equipment with color-managed workflows, so fine detail in the AI-generated image is faithfully reproduced at full scale.

Will the colors on my print match what I see on screen?

We calibrate our printing process to match screen previews as closely as possible, and our Printful print partners use professional color-managed workflows. That said, every monitor is different — if you have any concerns after receiving your print, our 30-day guarantee has you covered.

Can I generate multiple versions before choosing?

Yes — every generation produces 3 variations for you to compare. You pick your favorite before ordering, so you're never locked into the first result.

Print Quality & Materials

What materials do you print on?

We offer four print materials:

Premium Matte — Smooth, glare-free paper with a professional fine-art finish. Best for portraits, fine art, and rooms with direct lighting.

Glossy Paper — Vibrant, photo-quality sheen. Best for bold, colorful imagery.

Gallery Canvas — Gallery-wrapped canvas on a solid wood stretcher bar. Ready to hang straight out of the box.

Metal Print — Printed directly onto aluminum with a stunning, ultra-vivid finish. Waterproof and frameless.

How long will my print last?

We use archival inks rated to last 100+ years under normal display conditions. Keep your print out of direct sunlight and it will look as good decades from now as it does today.

What exactly does "museum quality" mean?

It refers to the specific materials and processes used — not a marketing term. Here's what's behind it:

Paper prints are produced on Fujifilm or Epson archival-grade stock, printed with pigment-based inks tested to the Wilhelm Imaging Research standard (100+ year light-fastness rating). The same paper stock is used by professional photography studios and fine art publishers.

Canvas prints use a poly-cotton blend canvas with a satin finish, gallery-wrapped over solid pine stretcher bars and back-stapled so the image wraps cleanly to the edge. Ready to hang straight out of the box with no additional framing needed.

Metal prints are printed directly onto 1/16″ aluminum sheet using a dye-sublimation process that fuses the image into the coating rather than sitting on top of it. The result is waterproof, scratch-resistant, and UV-stable.

All printing is fulfilled by Printful, whose facilities hold ISO 9001 quality certification. Every order is manually inspected before shipping.

What sizes are available?

We offer prints from 8″×10″ all the way up to 24″×36″, in portrait, square, and landscape orientations. You can see a full size breakdown on our pricing page.

How do I choose the right size for my wall?

A quick rule of thumb: the print should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space you have in mind. Here are the most common pairings:

8″×10″ or 10″×10″ — Bedside table, small shelf, or gallery wall accent. About the size of a sheet of paper.

11″×14″ or 12″×12″ — Desk, bathroom, or small bedroom wall. The most popular entry size.

16″×20″ or 18″×18″ — Living room accent wall, hallway, or above a console table. Noticeable from across the room.

20″×24″ or 24″×36″ — Statement piece. Above a sofa, fireplace, or bed. Fills a large wall confidently.

If you're unsure, tape a piece of paper or cardboard to the wall at your target size — it takes 30 seconds and removes all guesswork.

Do you offer framing?

Yes. On the customize page you can add a black, white, or natural wood frame, and choose a mat border. Framing is available for matte and glossy paper prints (canvas and metal are finished without frames).

Is it free to generate artwork?

Yes — generating and previewing your artwork is completely free. You only pay when you decide to order a print.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — anything supported by Stripe.
