Production time
2–3 business days from order to shipment. Your artwork is printed fresh for every order.
Delivery time
3–5 business days after shipment within the US. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days total.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every US order — no minimum, and Express is an optional paid upgrade at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.
Express shipping
Need it faster? Add Express at checkout for +$15. Arrives in 3–6 business days total (same 2–3 day production + 1–3 day carrier).
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track anytime at driftprint.com/track.
Packaging
Every print is packaged to arrive in perfect condition:
- Flat prints (paper, framed) — Shipped in rigid flat mailers with foam corner protectors and a protective sleeve over the print.
- Canvas prints — Double-walled cardboard box with edge protection. Ready to hang on arrival.
- Metal prints — Custom foam-padded rigid box. The aluminum surface is protected with a peel-off film.

We stand behind every print we produce. If something isn't right — the color looks off, a size feels wrong, or you simply have a change of heart — reach out and we'll fix it.
How to request a return or reprint
Email us within 30 days
Send a message to hello@getdriftprint.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We confirm your request
We'll respond within one business day to confirm and ask any necessary questions (a photo helps if the print is damaged).
Reprint or refund — your choice
We'll issue a replacement print at no charge, or process a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged in transit?
Damage in shipping is rare, but if it happens, email us a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We'll send a replacement immediately at no charge — no need to return the damaged print.
Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email hello@getdriftprint.com within one hour of placing your order. After that, the print is likely already being produced, but our guarantee still applies once you receive it.
International shipping
We currently focus on US shipping for the fastest, most reliable experience. International availability is on our roadmap — email us if you're outside the US and we'll notify you when it's available.
